The washer and dryer are located inside the garage.If needed, use of the washer and dryer may be permitted upon request and with prior host approval.Other things to noteImportant House RulesOur home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbours throughout their stay.This is strictly a no party property. Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances.Only the guests included on the reservation are permitted at the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed without our prior written approval, even if they are only stopping by for a short visit.Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm until 7:00 am. During these hours, please keep conversations, music and any outdoor activities at a respectful volume, particularly when using the pool and patio areas.Pool SafetyThe pool is provided for your enjoyment and is used entirely at your own risk.Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool. Guests are responsible for ensuring the safety of all members of their party and should never leave children unattended near the water.Please do not use glassware outside or around the pool area. For everyone’s safety, we provide plenty of plastic drinking cups for outdoor use.By using the pool, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.
